These Terms govern your use of the Preeclampsia CDSS web application and mobile apps (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
The Service is for authorized clinical staff only. Accounts are provisioned by your organization's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate clinical purposes, to enter accurate information, and to protect patient confidentiality. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data, or export or share the underlying datasets.
3. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of outputs. Risk estimates are probabilistic and may be incorrect.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any clinical decision made in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, models, and content are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
6. Suspension & termination
Your organization's administrator may suspend or remove your account. We may suspend the Service to protect its security or integrity.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating organization is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
