Accounts are created by your organization's administrator. For a new account, a password reset, or to enable/disable access, please contact your administrator.
Using the app
Sign in, register or select a patient, enter the clinical inputs, and review the risk estimate, scoring, and guidance. Confirm the real outcome at follow-up.
